Born and raised in the Bloorcourt Village neighbourhood of downtown Toronto, Sam has always taken an interest in the built form of the city in which he grew up.  After completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and Political Studies at Queen’s University, he returned to the city and found work as a construction labourer with a general contractor.

In order to enhance his construction skill set, Sam decided to attend college.  He graduated on the dean’s list from George Brown College as a Building Renovation Technologist.  Following graduation he worked as a site superintendant and lead hand on several commercial and institutional projects before deciding to start his own residential construction firm.

Sam takes great pride in improving the homes of people in the city he loves. He has a personable approach to business, and emphasizes timeliness, honesty and reliability in everything he does.
