This rear addition on a classic parkdale duplex really opened up some much needed space for this growing family. By relocating a first floor bathroom to the newly added basement area, we were able to open up a huge living space on the first floor and bring in a ton of light through the new rear windows.

Our trusted trade partners NLF Masonry Ltd. did an exceptional job tying the existing brick into the new. The addition blends seamlessly with the original home inside and out.
