This beautiful design from Wanda Ely Architects showcases the impeccable work of our Millwork Partners, Nexus Furniture Design.  This unique home in the upper beaches had been renovated by an architect/owner in the early 80s, with an angled light well reaching down from the third floor roof and bathing the living room in light.

The new design followed the lines of the existing light well and carried them throughout the house with beautiful custom built walnut millwork running from the front closet and book shelf to the kitchen pantry in the new rear addition.  The step down to the rear addition allowed for beautiful tall ceilings in this spacious and well appointed new kitchen.
